Zamalek have officially signed Arab Contractors duo Mohamed Salem and Sherif Alaa on five-year contracts, the Cairo giants announced early on Tuesday.
"Salem and Alaa signed their contracts after reaching an agreement with Arab Contractors officials to sign them for a total of LE6 million," Zamalek said in a statement on its official website.
Striker Salem and defender Alaa are the latest summer signings for Zamalek. The Whites have already landed Masry's left back Mohamed Adel Gomaa, Mansoura's striker Mohamed Mekawy, and their former forward Mohamed Ibrahim after he ended a brief stint with Portuguese side Maritimo.
Zamalek only need one point to clinch their first Egyptian Premier League since 2004 as they lead the table with 83 points, six points ahead of title-holders Ahly.
Arab Contractors are currently seventh with 55 points.
