Maadians love Maadi. And let’s face it. Many others do, too. Check out some of the larger places for iftar in quaint Maadi.

Call to make reservations because it will save you the running around if there aren’t any tables.

Every week Ahram Online has been focusing on a Cairo neighbourhood that has a nice café culture. The first series was on Zamalek, the following on Heliopolis and there’s still Mohandessein to go.

If you have any suggestions and the menu to go along with it, send it to artedalia.egypt[@]gmail.com.
