Egyptian, Bahraini special forces conclude 'Khaled Ibn Al-Walid' joint military exercise in Bahrain

Special forces units from the Egyptian Armed Forces concluded on Thursday in Bahrain the joint military exercise ‘Khaled Ibn Al-Walid 2018’ with the Royal Bahraini special forces, the Egyptian army announced.

The exercise, which started on Monday, included hostage rescue operations as well as anti-terror operations.

Units from the Bahraini air force participated in the military exercise.

A number of military officials from Bahrain and Egypt, as well as the Egyptian ambassador to Manama, attended the drills on the final day of the exercise.
