Egypt's army spokesperson thanks Sudanese army for returning 'missing patrol'

Egyptian Army Spokesperson Tamer El-Refaie thanked Sudanese military forces for “returning a missing patrol” in a brief official statement on Monday 

“The Egyptian Armed Forces extend their thanks and appreciation to the Sudanese Armed Forces and security services in helping the Egyptian armed forces to return the missing patrol,” the statement read.

El-Refai did not add any further details regarding the incident.
