The 10th edition of International Theatre Without Fund Festival (TWFF) will take place between 17 and 22 November with performances staged in three theatres in Alexandria: Bibliotheca Alexandrina's halls, Beram El Tonsy Theater and Anfoushy Cultural Palace.

The festival was founded in 2008 by a theatre director Gamal Yakout who is also the event's president while Ibrahim El Forn serves as the its Artistic Director.

The TWFF is organised by the Ministry of Culture in cooperation with the General Authority of Cultural Palaces and the bodies hosting the performances.

The festival's upcoming edition will be dedicated to the late Egyptian actor Talaat Zakaria, who passed away on 8 October this year. 

In it's 10th edition the festival will host four troupes from Egypt, two from Oman, as well as performances from Palestine, Tunisia, Libya, France, Italy, Switzerland and Korea.
