Egypt's winger Ahmed Elmohamady voiced caution ahead of Saturday's clash against Uganda in the Nations Cup, saying the Pharaohs should not underestimate their opponents as there are no longer weak teams in the continental tournament.
"No weak teams at this Nations Cup," Elmohamady told a TV program on Thursday.
"Uganda's game will be tough. They produced a fine performance against Ghana."
Uganda lost to Ghana 1-0 in group D opener on Tuesday in a game that saw a convincing performance from the Cranes especially in the second half.
The Hull City winger added that the Pharaohs are looking to reach the second round as group leaders so a win against Uganda is a must.
The Pharaohs opened their Nations Cup campaign with a disappointing goalless draw against Mali on Tuesday but the 29-year-old revealed that the Pharaohs are capable to bounce back from this frustrating start.
"We made a fine performance against Mali," he added.
"After the game coach Cuper met with the players and he explained all mistakes to avoid in Uganda's clash."
"We are well prepared for Saturday's clash and we are ready for win."
Elmohamady set on the bench against Mali as coach Hector Cup opted for Ahly's defender Ahmed Fathi in the right flanc.
