Egypt's President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi met Thursday Sudanese President Omar Al-Bashir in Beijing during their visit to China, the state-owned MENA news agency reported.
The two leaders discussed the latest developments in the region as well as bilateral relations.
El-Sisi also attended the official celebration of China marking the 70th anniversary of the end of World War II earlier Thursday
On Tuesday, El-Sisi landed in China for a three-day visit as part of his Asian tour, which also includes visits to Singapore and Indonesia.
Eighty-one Egyptian army personnel took part in the Tiananmen Square parades in Beijing.
The celebrations were attended by a slew of heads of state and world leaders, including Russian President Vladimir Putin and UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.
