Updated: 22 dead as a result of Tahrir Clashes: Ministry of Health

Egypt's Ministry of Health states 22 have died and 471 have passed through hospitals with injuries, although many more are injured and still in Tahrir Square.

The Ministry of Health has announced that at least 22 protesters were killed as a result of Sunday’s clashes with security forces in Tahrir Square.

According to the Ministry 471 protesters were also injured during Sunday's clashes.

Earlier today  Adel Adawy, assistant to the minister of health, said that more corpses have been transferred to the Qasr El-Aini Hospital but there is no official death count yet.
