EU's Ashton has gone to visit Morsi: senior Egypt official

EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton has gone to visit ousted Egyptian president Mohamed Morsi, a senior Egyptian official told AFP early on Tuesday.

She went to see him where he is being held. She isn't back yet," the source said on condition of anonymity, shortly after midnight.

suggestion
Ashton should go and meet the crowds protesting at Raba'a Adaweya to get a full view of the problems she tries to solve.
