An Egyptian was found shot dead in Libya's Benghazi on Tuesday morning, Egypt's state news agency MENA reported.
Mohamed Shahata Adel, 45, was shot by unknown assailants near his home in the east of Benghazi near the Drinks Factory, a Libyan military spokesman said.
The bullet wound was to the head, the spokesman added.
Another Egyptian was killed earlier in March and another wounded as armed groups and government forces clashed.
Two British nationals and a French citizen were also killed by unknown gunmen in 2014.
In February, seven Egyptian Coptic Christians were found dead on a beach 30 kilometers west of Benghazi, shot in the head and chest by unknown attackers.
In January, five Egyptian diplomats were kidnapped by militants in retaliation for the Egyptian authorities arresting a Libyan militia leader in Cairo. Their release, however, was secured.
