The campaign team of Muslim Brotherhood candidate Mohamed Morsi will hold a press conference following the announcement of presidential election results at 3pm on Sunday.

Preliminary results published by the Muslim Brotherhood put their candidate, Mohamed Morsi, in the lead with almost 52 per cent of the vote against Mubarak's last premier Ahmed Shafiq.

The press conference will take place at Morsi's campaign headquarters.
