Protests at Al-Ahram offices

Over one hundred Al-Ahram journalists have gathered at the lobby of the main Al-Ahram building in Galaa street to protest their temporary contracts and demand permanent contracts.

Protesters are chanting slogans against corruption and against the newspaper's editor and CEO. Their chants include: "Revolution everywhere in Egypt, revolution in Ahram", and "No to injustice." They aso chanted slogans demanding justice for their two colleagues who were killed in the Tahrir sq protests.
