Members of the Oromo community organised a protest in front of the Arab League in Cairo's Tahrir Square on Wednesday to denounce the killing of Oromo protesters in Ethiopia last week.

Dozens of the Oromo protesters demanded the Arab League, African Union and the United Nations intervene in the situation in Ethiopia's Oromo state, where tens of ethnic Oromos were killed last week in protests over the expansion of the capital Addis Ababa.

Ethnic Oromo students have been protesting since April against the Ethiopian, who they accuse of intending to displace farmers from their territories in the capital of Addis Ababa through plans to develop and urbanise the city.

OROMO need Egyptian Help in firearm
those who say,''Oromo do not need help'' are enemies of oromo and egytian also.We oromos need egyptian help as well.we are dying day to day and denied of human right by ethiopian dictator government.Remember we oromia isthe place where 6o% of abay(nile) exist.Oromia has many rivers other than abay all 9 ethiopian regions are using oromia's until now.BUT ethiopian dictator who trained in oromia aimed to harm egyptian not to use nile by abay dam.We oppose these idea because ethiopia can use other river which are not used.

Oromos need Egyptian Government & Military Help.
Dear Our Kush Relative's of All Egyptian People. Nowadays things are very bad in the richest and bread-basket of Ethiopian Oromia Region. Oromia Region contribute about 60% of Nile water to the down stream countries. We Oromos do not have any interest to build Nile Dam in Ethiopia. We have enough water to drink or for electric power needs. We know this Nile dam projects is against humanity. We Oromos will never allow any anti- humanity dam project in Ethiopia. At all We need a Help of Egyptian Government and Military to Support our freedom Struggle by Supporting "The Oromo Liberation Front" (OLF) by any means, to secure anti-human harassment by Ethiopian government & to secure our independence from Ethiopian Regim. Thanks Galan Macha Oromia, Ethiopia
