Improvised bomb injures 8 near Cairo University metro station

A bomb that went off Saturday injured at least eight, including policemen and civilians

An improvised explosive device exploded in front of a metro station near Cairo University on Saturday.
The explosion injured eight people.
The wounded were transported to nearby hospitals, Health Ministry spokesman Hossam Abdel-Ghafar told Ahram Online.
At least two of the injured are policemen, Abdel-Ghafar ssid.
AFP had reported that all the injuries were minor, quoting medical and security sources.
