Egyptian Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Mahmoud Hegazy met Wednesday in Cairo the Greek chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff, General Michail Kostarakos, who attended the joint Egyptian-Greek air forces military exercise "Horus 2015."

 

Hellenic air forces units arrived in Egypt Friday to participate in joint Egyptian-Greek air force exercises that would last for several days. 

 

The joint air forces exercises were attended by Egypt's Air Marshal Younis Hamed and top officers of Greece's Hellenic air forces.

 

Last week Egyptian, Greek and Cypriot naval forces conducted a joint practice drill in the Mediterranean.
