In the immediate future, a protest march should set off from Omar Makram Mosque, topping in front of the cabinet headquarters to reiterate the demands of the martyrs’ families. Ten political movements, including the Revolution Youth Coalition, and seven parties, including Karama, Democratic Front and El- Tagamoa, will take part in the march.
The protesters will call primarily for swift trials of the policemen and officials involved in the killing of peaceful protesters during the 25 January Revolution. They will also demand the immediate suspension of suspects w still holding positions until the trials are over.
Providing the martyrs’ families with proper protection these days is another demand the demonstrators will be chanting.
