The official number of Egyptian pilgrims who died in last month's Mecca stampede increased by one person to 182 victims, Egypt's consulate in Jeddah announced Tuesday evening.
According to a statement issued by the consulate, the number of the injured is unchanged at 10 people.
The Ministry of Religious Endowment revealed early Tuesday the names of Egyptians killed and gone missing in the incident.
Saudi Arabia is conducting investigations into the tragedy which left over 1,000 pilgrims dead, according to some estimates.
The stampede took place on 24 September at a site in Mena where pilgrims throw pebbles at a wall representing Satan.
Almost two million pilgrims took part in the stoning ritual this year, with an estimated 62,000 Egyptians performing the hajj in 2015.
