Egyptian Prime Minister Essam Sharaf is currently meeting with representatives of a number of youth and revolutionary coalitions taking part in the Tahrir Square sit-in. Sharaf is expected to discuss the demands of the sit-ins in squares around the country, including Suez, Alexandria and Port Said.

"The Revolution's Youth Coalition received an invitation yesterday to attend the meeting but we turned it down," said Khaled Abdel Hameed, member of the Coalition's high committee. "The demands are clear and not negotiable, and even though we respect the Egyptian prime minister, we believe that what we announced in the square are known to everyone."

Different movements participating in the Tahrir sit-in announced their demands earlier this morning.
