A 500 man march has left Tahrir Square for the Radio and TV headquarters in Maspero demanding that the Egyptian media be purged of members of the old regime.

The protesters describe the march as a “last warning” to Major-General Tarek El-Mahdi, who is currently heading Egypt’s broadcast networks and television.
