Egypt's meteorologists predict hotter weather in Cairo and other governorates on Saturday, with temperatures expecting to rise 2- 3 degrees Celsius above average, to reach a maximum of 37C.
The low in the capital will be 23C.
The coastal city of Alexandria will see highs of 34C and lows of 21C on Saturday, state news agency MENA reported.
Weather in the popular Red Sea beach cities of Hurghada and Sharm El-Sheikh will not be much affected, with highs of 36 and 37 respectively and lows of 25 and 27.
The hot weather will see moderate conditions for navigation in the Mediterranean and the Red Sea with an average wave height of 1-2m on both days.
