Ahmed Darag, general-coordinator of the National Association for Change has claimed that on Sunday night he received an order to appear in front of the military prosecution.
However, Darag told Ahram Online he had decided to disobey the order because he rejects military trials of civilians.
Darag said the order did not clarify why the military prosecution wanted him but he believed it was linked to the 9 October Maspero clashes because the order contained the names of many Copts who participated in that night’s deadly march.
