Prime Minister Kamel El-Ganzouri received Major General Mamdouh Shahin, a member of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF), on Monday afternoon at the Ministry of Planning, to discuss the upcoming constitutional declaration’s amendments.

SCAF has already announced that there will be amendments to the constitutional declaration which was issued in March, in order to give El-Ganzouri the president’s powers, except those related to the judiciary and the armed forces.

Last Sunday, Major General Mohsen El-Fangary had a meeting with Prime Minister El-Ganzouri to discuss the foundation of a body that would provide care for the revolution's injured and killed.
