Three workers were killed on Saturday in a gas pipeline fire in Suez’s Ain Sokhna in Egypt, Al-Ahram Arabic news website reported.

The fire broke out after a loader collided with the pipeline at a construction site near Suez's Al-Galala area.

Four other workers were injured in the accident, state-owned MENA news agency reported.

A security source said that the fire was swiftly contained after fire trucks were dispatched to the scene.
