Two tugboats have been dispatched on Sunday to look for a fishing vessel that disappeared on Saturday in the Gulf of Suez, according to a representative from the fishermen syndicate.

In statements to the press, Amr Emara, a fishermen syndicate representative in Suez, said that previous search efforts had failed to locate the missing vessel, which was carrying 14 fishermen.

He added that the search vessels, which will cross the Suez Canal to the Gulf of Suez, are equipped with advanced radar and sonar.

The fishing boat disappeared under mysterious circumstances, and some of the equipment from the vessel has been found on the water's surface.
