Cairo to see highs of 27 degrees on Monday

Temperatures will rise across Egypt on Monday, the Egyptian Meteorological Authority has said, with highs of 27 degrees Celsius in Cairo.

Mild weather is expected during the day across the country, with relatively cold temperatures in all parts at night.

Rain is also expected in southern parts of Upper Egypt.

According to the EMA, Cairo will see lows of 14 degrees, Alexandria will see highs of 24 and lows of 12, and other Nile Delta governorates will see temperatures between 25 and 12 degrees.

The northern part of Upper Egypt will see highs of 28 degrees and lows of 10, while southern Upper Egypt will see highs of up to 29 and lows of 11.
