Egypt's EMA warns of unstable weather Thursday

The Alexandria Port Authority said major Mediterranean ports will remain closed Thursday due to bad weather

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) has warned of unstable weather in upcoming hours.

The EMA expects temperatures to drop drastically Thursday, accompanied with dusty winds and rain over most of the country's governorates.

The Alexandria Port Authority said major Mediterranean ports will remain closed Thursday due to bad weather.

The EMA noted that the weather is expected to improve from Friday.

Thursday temperatures according to the EMA (low/high):

Cairo: 16-11 degrees

Alexandria: 15-11

Nile Delta: 15-10

North Sinai: 14-11

South Sinai: 25-15

Upper Egypt: 19-06
