Egypt’s northern coast will see rainy, unstable weather in the coming 48 hours, a statement by the Egyptian Meteorological Authority on Saturday said.
Cairo and central and southern Sinai are also expected to see clouds and rain in the coming two days.
"These fluctuations are characteristic of the spring season," Mahmoud Shahin, director of the analysis department at the Egyptian meteorology authority, said.
Spring officially started in Egypt on Thursday.
Maritime traffic on the Red Sea and the Mediterranean will see disturbances as the result of low and medium visibility.
The meteorological agency warned of north-westerly sandy and dusty winds in the south of the country and in Sinai.
