EMA warns Egyptians of 'extremely hot weather' on Tuesday

Egypt’s Meteorological Authority (EMA) warned Egyptians of an ‘extremely hot weather’ nationwide on Tuesday, with Cairo seeing a high of 39.

In an official statement, the EMA said the weather will be very hot nationwide, yet it will see an improvement at night.

The Mediterranean and Red Sea coasts will see moderate waves of 1-1.5 and 1.5-2 metres in height, respectively.

Cairo will see a high of 39 degrees Celsius and a low of 21, Alexandria will see a high of 33 and a low of 19, while tourist hubs Sharm El-Sheikh and Hurghada will see a weather with highs of 38 and 37 and lows of 25, respectively.
