EgyptAir announced the re-operation of flights to Abidjan, with two flights per week starting from 20 June.
In a statement Wednesday, chairman and CEO of EgyptAir Holding Ahmed Adel said that the re-operation of flights to Abidjan coincides with the launch of the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
He further underlined that EgyptAir will be the official carrier of AFCON, set to take place in Egypt from 21 June to 19 July.
The two weekly flights to Abidjan via Accra, the capital and largest city of Ghana, will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays, he noted.
