Egyptian, Canadian FMs discuss means of bolstering bilateral relations

Minister of Foreign Affairs Sameh Shoukry spoke Tuesday over phone with his Canadian counterpart Chrystia Freeland about means of boosting bilateral relations.

Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ahmed Hafez said the two ministers agreed on the importance of expanding prospects of Cairo-Ottawa cooperation.

During the phone conversation, Freeland expressed happiness about the selection of Bombardier Inc. to implement the monorail project that is set to link the New Administrative Capital with Cairo.
