President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi directed to enhance the social protection programs to serve the targeted needy people, and to help them find employment and become productive members of the community.
Work could pull out the underprivileged people from poverty, El-Sisi stressed during a meeting with Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, and Social Solidarity Minister Ghada Wali, Presidential spokesman Bassam Rady said.
The meeting discussed the activities of the Ministry of Social Solidarity and its various social protection programs and initiatives, such as "Mastora," "Two children are enough," "Mawada," and "Hayat Karima" (Decent Life).
During the meeting, Wali briefed the president on progress achieved so far in implementing these different programs and initiativs, in light of the country's keenness on investing in the people to make Egypt's Vision 2030 feasible.
