The case against ousted president Hosni Mubarak resumed on Saturday at 10am.
All defendants, including: Mubarak, his two sons, Alaa and Gamal, as well as former interior minister Habib El-Adly, together with his six assistants, were present at court.
They didn't appear in the last court session, because the defence claims bad weather did not permit the aircraft to transport the ousted president from his hospital to the courtroom.
In this current session, the court is set to hear defence arguments by lawyer Khaled Soliman, representing former head of state security Hassan Abd El-Rahman, accused of plotting to kill protesters during the outbreak of Egypt's revolution.
