Egypt keen on supporting youth: Sisi on IYD

President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi said on Monday that Egypt will continue to support its youth in order to have a better future.

"On International Youth Day, I am paying tribute to Egypt's enthusiastic and promising youth," President El-Sisi said in a tweet.

Egypt will continue to support youth in a way that would guarantee a better future, he stressed.

International Youth Day (IYD) is an awareness day designated by the United Nations. The purpose of the day is to draw attention to a given set of cultural and legal issues surrounding youth. The first IYD was observed on August 12, 2000
