"Egypt expresses its sincere condolences to the government and the brotherly people of the Republic of Iraq, and the families of the victims in the repugnant terrorist attack, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured," the statement said.

On Monday, a rocket fire landed near Erbil International Airport, leaving a civilian contractor killed and a US service member injured along with five other contractors, tweeted Col. Wayne Marotto, the spokesman for Operation Inherent Resolve fighting the Islamic State group in Iraq and Syria.
