Egypt’s prosecutor-general asked the Red Sea governorate’s security and control authorities to assess all the properties of Ahmed Nazif, the former prime minister of Egypt, and those of several ministers in his former government.
The ministers include former Minister of Tourism Zuheir Garana, former Minister of Information Anas El Feky, former Minister of Finance Youssef Botrous Ghali, former Minister of Interior Habib El Adly and several members of the National Democratic Party (NDP).
The prosecutor asked that all their assets be frozen. The authorities have already begun assessing their properties, especially in Hurghada and Marsa Allam.
