In response to the demands from youth coalitions to Egypt's temporary governing body, the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces for immediate release of detainees, the Supreme Council asked for a list of whom they wish to have released.

April 6 Youth Movement and January 25 Youth Coalition ban together in a call for detainees’ names.



The names can be registered on the April 6 Movement website.



Detainees’ families are protesting today in front of the military council demanding the release of their family members.

Among the demonstrators is the family of Khairat El-Shater, a well-known  political detainee, businessman and Muslim Brotherhood leader.
