'TNT bomb' caused Egypt's Mansoura explosion

A bomb that exploded at the Daqahliya security directorate in Mansoura on Tuesday night was made from TNT, the prosecutor-general's office has said.

The bomb was in a bag placed inside pipes outside the building's storehouse and was detonated using a timer, investigators say.

Central Security Forces conscript Ibrahim Soliman died in the attack and 28 other conscripts were injured.
