RPG attack on telecom facility in Cairo's Maadi, no casualities

Rocket-propelled grenades reportedly fired at telecom facility in southern Cairo district of Maadi

Armed assailants have reportedly attacked an uplink telecom facility in Cairo's Maadi district.

Skynews Arabia said the attack was carried out using rocket-propelled grenades. The facility is used to air channels on Egypt's Nilesat satellite station.

Limited damage to some of the dishes at the site was reported.

There were no reported causalities.
