Three protesters were arrested today while taking part in a two week protest in front of the Radio and TV headquarters in Maspero.

The protesters have been calling for the removal of all the media personalities associated to the old regime. They were joined by 50 protesters early today.

The protesters were arrested by the armed forces, in the first arrest after the cabinet approved on Wednesday an anti-protest law project  which criminalizes strikes, protests, sit-ins and demonstrations.
