The case filed by Mostafa Bakry aiming to dissolve the formerly ruling National Democratic Party (NDP) has been postponed in court to 16 April.
On 29 March the court will consider another 29 requests for the dismantling of the NDP.
The NDP, under ousted President Mubarak, monopolised Egyptian politics for more than 30 years.
