Head of the state-owned Nile TV Mervat Mohsen was removed from her post on Sunday after the channel aired a video on the achievments of deposed president Mohamed Morsi.

A source with knowledge of the decision to remove Mohsen told Al-Ahram Arabic news website that airing the video was made out of "carelessness" and not an intentional move by members of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Prior to her removal, Mohsen told Al-Ahram that what happened was a "massive mistake," accusing members of the crew of violating her instructions.

"Nile TV played a great role in covering the 30 June events that saw the ousting of Morsi," Mohsen said.

The former president is currently on trial for inciting the murder of protesters in clashes outside the presidential palace in December 2012.

Morsi, along with 130 Muslim Brotherhood members are also accused of collaborating with Hamas and Hezbollah to escape from Wadi El-Natroun prison during the January 2011 uprising, as well as attempting to murder police officers.

If you are incapable of recognizing the obvious realty... That the brotherhood is nothing more then a terrorist organization.
Then you are incapable of telling the truth. Nor are you capable of recognizing the truth. It's that simple

Where is the proof that MB is a terrorist organization?
You dont have any proof to call the MB a terrorist organization. Fact: none civlized (democratic) country call the MB a terrorist group, exept coup-installed goverment. Another fact: MB won all successive ellections.

Did he or did he not
The question here is did he or did he not achieve some things while he was in office. From what was shown on TV he did accomplish some things. The next question is, why hide his accomplishments from the people and then broadcast propaganda in place of the truth? It seems lies are use to cover lies, until most Egyptians are now lying to each other and lying to themselves. When I was a kid, I was thought not to lie because it was a bad thing. What's the saying."Every liar is a thief and every thief is a liar" need I say no more..

Terrorists and their supporters have no place in civilized society
Good job eliminating the criminal element from all corners of Egypts everyday life. The vast majority of Egyptians deserve better.

Why?
Why is everyone giving that thumbs down? What's wrong with the Truth. Everyone wants the Truth? Or do people prefer to be lied to?
