Strong Egypt Party to boycott constitutional referendum

The Strong Egypt Party, founded by former presidential candidate Abdel-Moneim Abul-Fotouh, announced on Monday that it will boycott the referendum on the amended constitution set to start on Tuesday.

The party had initially planned to vote no.
