A signing ceremony for a Gulf-brokered deal to end Yemen's political crisis has been postponed, a Gulf source said on Sunday, after President Ali Abdullah Saleh refused to sign the deal in Sanaa.
"The signing of the agreement is postponed," a Gulf Cooperation Council source said, without giving details on whether it might be rescheduled or when. Gulf Arab foreign ministers will meet to discuss Yemen on Sunday, he said.
