Syrian army takes town in southwest: Hezbollah media unit

The Syrian army has captured the town of al-Harak in southwest Syria, a military media unit run by the government's Lebanese ally Hezbollah reported on Thursday.

The army is conducting an offensive against rebels in the southwest, one of their two remaining strongholds in Syria, and has captured nearby territory in recent days.
