The United Arab Emirates condemned on Thursday the attack that took place at the French consulate in Jeddah, Sky News Arabia reported.

 

The attack by a Saudi man resulted in the wounding of a consulate guard, Saudi authorities said.

 

Earlier, Maj. Mohammed Al-Ghamdi, the police spokesman in Saudi Arabia mentioned that the Saudi man who carried out the attack has been arrested, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
