US President Barack Obama said Monday that Greece's election result was a "positive" sign for hopes of reform in a nation that had threatened to unleash new financial contagion in Europe.
"I think the election in Greece yesterday indicates a positive prospect for not only them forming a government, but also them working constructively with their international partners in order that they can continue on the path of reform," Obama told reporters at the G20 summit in Mexico.
