Air strikes cripple Yemen capital's airport: Aviation source

Arab coalition warplanes targeting Iran-backed rebels have hit the runway at the Yemen capital's international airport, taking it out of service, an aviation source said Sunday.

"This was the first time they hit the runway" since the four-day old campaign began, the source said, a day after UN staff were evacuated from Sanaa.
