Israeli prosecutors filed murder charges on Sunday against two Jewish settlers for a July 31 arson attack in the occupied West Bank that killed an 18-month-old toddler Ali Saad Dawabsha, Israel Radio said.

It said one adult defendant was indicted for murder and the second, a minor, as an accessory to murder. A court spokesman did not immediately confirm the report, saying the charges had yet to be formally made public.

Saad Dawabsha, the toddler's father died eight days later after his son, while Riham Dawabsha, the mother, died of her injuries last September, also a four year old brother Ahmed Dawabsha survived his wounds.
