Libyan Prime Minister Abdul Rahim Al-Kib arrived at Cairo's Presidential Palace on Monday with a 20-member delegation of government ministers, in order to meet Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi and his premier Hisham Qandil for talks set to take place over several days.

Al-Kib and Morsi discussed Egypt's planned contribution to the process of rebuilding Libya, through sending Egyptian workers and contractors to the country.

The Egyptian-Libyan talks also included discussions about compensation for Egyptians killed or forced to leave Libya during the year-long bloody uprising against toppled leader Muammar Gaddafi.
