US President Barack Obama said Friday he hoped the Ukraine ceasefire would hold but said he remains sceptical the pro-Russian rebels and Moscow would implement it.
"Obviously, we are hopeful, but based on past experience, also sceptical ... so it has to be tested," Obama said at the close of a NATO summit dominated by the Ukraine crisis and the alliance response to it.
